The Crosby G-2169 Alloy Screw Pin Wide Body Shackle is available in capacities ranging from 7000kg up to 18,000kg. The shackles come quenched and tempered for maximum strength and are made from forged alloy steel. The shackles are available in a galvanised and self-coloured finish, the shackles also can be individually proof tested and magnetic particle inspected. Crosby certification available at the time of order. The shackles meet or exceed all requirements of ASME B30.26 including identification, ductility, design factor, proof load and temperature requirements, importantly these shackles meet other critical performance requirements including fatigue life, impact properties and traceability, not addressed by ASME B30.26.
