At Lifting Equipment Store, we strive to ensure your gear meets the highest standards of safety and performance. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and details of the equipment you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Ensure the item is in its original, unused condition and securely packed in the original packaging, including all safety certifications, manuals, and accessories.
- 3.Ship the Equipment
Affix the return label and RMA number clearly on the exterior of the package and ship it back to our designated warehouse facility using a tracked courier service.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the equipment for safety compliance and condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
