Getting your system up and running is incredibly simple with the anchorage point being a screw gate karabiner, attachment is achieved by screwing the gate open and pushing the karabiner to open, then simply release to secure the karabiner and screw the gate back into position to lock. 

Successful attachment, now you can look to get your harness in place using the snap hook situated at the attachment end.

To open squeeze the locking mechanism at the rear of the hook to then allow the hook to be opened, slot your "D" ring of your harness into the hook opening and release, engaging the locking mechanism on the hook. You are now safely tethered.
