Straightpoint BlueLink Bluetooth Digital Dynamometer
Specifically designed to replace currently outdated mechanical field products, Straightpoint’s ‘BlueLink’ dynamometer is the latest SP product to feature proprietary Bluetooth wireless technology and is capable of measuring up to 14.300lbs (6500kg).
Connecting to an iOS and Android device that has access to Straightpoint’s free HHP app, it boasts a wireless range of up to 100m (328ft), enhancing safety with no requirement to read a load on the loadcell itself.
The app allows users to log data versus time, while the adjustable alarm setting will alert operators to any overload occurrence.
Rigged with industry standard shackles, the BlueLink is designed to minimise headroom (just 6” from eye to eye), and although compact in stature, this lightweight module does not sacrifice on strength with a safety factor of more than 500%.
Manufactured from quality aerospace grade aluminium and hard anodized, it features an advanced internal structure, providing an unrivalled strength to weight ratio. But that not all, the use of individual internal sealed enclosures provides the loadcell’s electronics with IP67 and NEMA6 environmental protection making it suitable for particularly harsh environments.
Powered by 4 traditional AA alkaline batteries, it operates for 500hrs worth of transmission time, while the internal antennae ensures loads to an accuracy of 0.1% FS are transmitted safely.
