William Hackett L4 1.6-3.2te Lever Hoist with Shipyard Hooks
Opposed to the hooks on the standard L4 lever hoist, which are not constructed to load the hook tip against steel plate edges when used in shipyards, fabrication facilities and where pulling angle iron and upset welding are regular activities, the L4 Lever Hoist with Shipyard Hooks from William Hackett has been introduced to specifically take on these types of applications.
Manufactured in the UK to the highest standards including BS EN13157:2004, AI:2009 and BS EN818-7 Grade T, the L4 Lever Hoist with Shipyard Hooks allows users to hook against plate edges means that your hooks will not become deformed when used within the specified WLL.
Available in two WLL’s (1.6 tonne and 3.2 tonne) with a lifting height of 1.5m, this lever hoist is fitted, as standard, with a twin pawl for double safety, while the safety latches are fitted with heavy cast steel for optimal security.
Proof tested to 15 times the WLL, these lever hoists have an outstanding operating temperature range of 20°C to +120°C making them ideal for a wide range of environments.
